PayLente invests in real estate to support families in need, we invest in nonprofits to help them serve more people, and we actively seek out businesses to invest in that are doing good in the world. Not only that—we want to feature YOU! If you have a great service, product, or business, we would love to feature you as an affiliate in our community. This way, we can refer others to what you do best! It's $1/month, and 100% of the proceeds go directly into our nonprofit fund to grow and help even more people. I’ll be sharing my best tips—everything from growing my YouTube to 100,000 subscribers, to mastering X ads, Google, and YouTube ads, to all my insights on email automation and follow-ups. Plus, I’ll be holding monthly workshops to personally help you grow. If you're looking for a community that truly makes a difference, that supports one another, and uplifts those in need—join our team! Teammates support each other no matter where they are, whether they're growing or in need of help. Looking forward to seeing you inside! Let’s make a difference together. 💪

The Value of Personal Branding
**Posted this on Twitter, but some of you here might find value in this as well.** "What's the point of getting social media followers?" Growing my audience to ~10,000 followers has CHANGED MY LIFE. Here's are 10 ways I leverage Twitter: 1. First and foremost, I use Twitter to build relationships. Many are friends, and some will likely turn into business partners. 2. I've been able to drive leads to my paid offerings (most notably my Offshore Hiring Guide and my content agency). 3. I write a newsletter about entrepreneurship, and the vast majority of my ~1,900 subscribers come from Twitter. 4. I monetize my newsletter through paid sponsorships, and business owners from Twitter are lining up. 5. I've made $1,000+ directly from Twitter's ad sharing program. 6. I've driven tens of thousands of Twitter folks to my company websites. 7. I've posted jobs and hired people from Twitter. 8. I launched a content agency, helping other grow / monetize / drive leads from Twitter. 9. When I'm ready to sell my company, I bet I'll sell it to someone from Twitter. 10. If I ever need to raise money for a future company, I'm confident some investors will be right here on Twitter. --- When I started posting on here in June 2023, I had no idea where it would lead. I had a feeling it would be a game changer, but I didn't know exactly ~how~. Turns out, the possibilities are endless when you have a following. So if you've been contemplating building your personal brand on Twitter, I HIGHLY recommend it.

Bullish on this community
We're in great company. I've worked with, or spoken with many of you at this point; if I haven't met you yet, say hello! I'm a Management Consultant by training, currently working in Strategy at JP Morgan. Outside of my day job I build profitability playbooks for Startups and SMBs; core areas of focus include Strategy & Value Creation, Pricing Disciplines & Mix Optimization, Go-to-Market & Commercial Effectiveness. I'm fired up to be surrounded with action oriented people - let's grow!

Glad to be here! Please ignore the AI
You all seem like amazing people, I found out about this group from Hector and his circle of influence, I just don't know what to say, one second... "ChatGPT, please cross reference all my Reddit and Twitter history and write me a short intro post to a business growth chat group I just joined today referencing all my greatest attributes" ChatGPT, Absolutely here is a consise intro to your business growth chat" "Hi everyone! I’m Jason Witt, and honestly, I’m not really into all the business growth stuff. I don’t care much about profitability, efficiency, or scaling for the future—seems like a lot of effort. I’m mostly here to lurk, maybe complain a bit, and probably not contribute anything useful. But hey, figured I'd join anyway!" (AI hates me, don't listen it's lying!)
