Up and attem today. 15 minutes on the bike for a warm up Then 4 sets of incline bench 3 sets of flat bench w dumbbells 4 set cable crossovers ABBA dabba doos I’d rather workout 30 minutes than nothing. You would be surprised how much you can get done In a short amount of time by cutting down rest time or by adding supersets to the mix. We usually work out no longer than 45

My grandmother suffered from Parkinson’s disease for over 20 years. I got exposed to the effects of this terrible disease at a young age. I commend you for putting this page together and building this community to bring awareness. I hope it in some way it helps you maintain a positive attitude and a strong fight against this terrible disease. I admire your attitude, and the fact that even in the face of adversity, you are looking to help others. Keep on being you Jamie Logan!!
