Today’s workout
Up and attem today. 15 minutes on the bike for a warm up Then 4 sets of incline bench 3 sets of flat bench w dumbbells 4 set cable crossovers ABBA dabba doos I’d rather workout 30 minutes than nothing. You would be surprised how much you can get done In a short amount of time by cutting down rest time or by adding supersets to the mix. We usually work out no longer than 45

Diagnosis
I was diagnosed officially in 2018 but had symptoms since 2016. Straight kick right in the balls no reason sugar coat anything

You can still create the physique you always wanted even with Parkinson’s. I am living proof. Currently 49 years old on right. Do you need help have questions or need motivation. I can help
