Up and attem today. 15 minutes on the bike for a warm up
Then
4 sets of incline bench
3 sets of flat bench w dumbbells
4 set cable crossovers
ABBA dabba doos
I’d rather workout 30 minutes than nothing. You would be surprised how much you can get done In a short amount of time by cutting down rest time or by adding supersets to the mix. We usually work out no longer than 45
