From what I've learned, there are some other things you need to do to run a successful business.

The front end of the business should leverage a consulting model.
The back end should leverage an SMMA agency model.
Let me explain.
To get clients, you need to leverage the consulting model.
This is where you build a personal brand and then you drive traffic to your community/coaching.
Then you make money.
I want you to charge high upfront prices.
The reason for that is, it's easy to fulfil on the needs of the client since they paid a healthy amount of money to you.
That then results in them getting insane results.
Which they can turn into a testimonial.
Then you can leverage that to get new attention.
Therefore, attracting more clients.
The easiest way to make money is to learn:
- Sales
- Marketing
The easiest and most laziest way to market is leveraging social proof.
Slam the social proof in the face of your viewers.
You will get clients on autopilot, more insane results, testimonials.
That's the whole flywheel.
Now...
We move onto a stage where the client has gotten some insane results and they've stopped working with you because you solved their problem.
What happens next??
Well, beginner entrepreneurs will let them go.
But...
A killer entrepreneur will do something slightly different.
The killer entrepreneur knows that as soon as one problem is solved, another one arises.
And that will happen to your clients.
And when they have a new problem.
Guess who they go to??
SURPRISE!!!
They go to you (being that you gave them a good experience)
What you do now is provide them more services (which you charge for)
Some examples could be:
- VA's
- Appointment setters
- Implementation
- Content
This is the exact model which you can use to retain your clients for years.
Because...
If they stop working with you, then that problem will just arise again.
This helps you create recurring revenue and a high customer LTV.
