🏆MY PHYSICAL ACHIEVEMENTS (225 bench at 14, half marathon & dunk at 15, dream physique at 16)
I've talked about my fitness achievements in a bunch of comments a lot of times, so I decided.. why not make a full post on it.
This is not to brag nor is it to show you i'm better than you, it's just to show you the possibilities when you put your mind towards your goals.
ALL PROOF IS UPLOADED ON THIS POST OR WITH VIDEO LINK
DISCLAIMER: for the running section, DON'T try to do the same as I did. Although I didn't get injured, what I did was super risky and not smart. You should always build up and slowly progress into more advanced levels, unlike what I did.
STATS:
12 years old, 45kg 5"7 skinny AF
16 years old, 80kg, 6"4 jacked AF
OKAY LET'S GET STARTED:
  1. 225 BENCH AT 14 YEARS OLD: video link
I started working out in my bedroom at 12 years old. Push ups, pull ups, dips were all i did. I trained super super hard going to failure on every single set. Motivated by the need to build a sick physique and never be skinny again. I trained at home 3-5 times a week, usually following a random combination of Push Pull Legs Abs.
Fast forward 2 years I hit 225 bench without a gym membership (I cheated the system by doing free trials with different phone numbers once a week).
At 14 years old I hit 225 bench by actually going to the gym once a week. I trained sooo hard, but most importantly, I ate a f***ck ton of food. I noticed that every kg i gained, added 2kg to my bench. Knowing that I was unstoppable.
4000 calories every single day combined with blood sweat and tears into my training got me a top 0,1% bench press at 14 years old. A year later at 15 I bench pressed my current all time PR of 265lbs.
During this time I grew a kind of cringey, but still good gym tiktok account to 25k followers, motivating hundreds of thousands of young men. (4 vids with over 2M views)
2. 10K, 15K & HALF MARATHON AT 15 YEARS OLD
in 2022, I started hearing more and more about david goggins and he motivated the f*ck out of me. In 2023 (15) I saved edits into my camera roll and I started reading Cant Hurt me (10/10 would read again). David goggins got me motivated to run, which we'll get into in a second.
This was also around the time where I really got into Hamza and self improvement and I deleted tiktok to dopamine detox)
I have a history of track and field and I've been super active my entire life and that played a huge role in my running achievements. And for all of the runs i'm going to tell you about after this there are a few things to keep in mind:
  • I NEVER took water with me, I didn't drink during my runs
  • I have NEVER stopped or taken a break during a run. And i'm proud to be able to say that.
  • I have NEVER trained for running, I don't know how my body was able to do what it did.
But once a month or so, in the dark winter months, I got my ass out of bed to go run. The worse it felt, the better. I wanted rain, I wanted cold, I wanted the struggle.. It drove me
For my first run ever, I ran a 10k (smart? no, but it was fcking sick). And I went ALL OUT, when i say all out i mean seriously, f*ck i hate running because I can't help but give me everything and all.
My first 10k run was 44:44 with an average pace of 4:28/km
My second run was a 15K, my goal was under 1h 30m, but half way I changed my mind because it was too easy and set the goal to go for under 1h 15m (keep in mind, I switched the time goal MID RUN)
And I completed that second run, and my first 15k in 1h 12m
I ran another 10k, 1 second slower than the last one (44:45) and on my FOURTH RUN EVER, i ran a HALF MARATHON with 0 preparation. NONE. It started like a normal 15k, I probably ate a banana, some honey, drank some water and left.
But again, half way in the run I decided to switch the goal. But instead of switching the time goal, this time I wanted to up the distance. 15k.. what should I go up to? 18K? 20K? ahhh might as well go all in, F*CK IT LET'S DO HALF A MARATHON.
(this was me in october 2023, having turned 15 years old 4 months prior)
It was absolutely destroying, the last 2km killed me and in the last km I cramped every time I took a step, but I never stopped
I did it in 1h 54m (5:26/km).
I took a break from running for a few months after that run.
3. BASKETBALL DUNK AT 15 YEARS OLD
I was able to dunk a basketball (not in game) at 15 years old and I did it by doing plyometrics and being 6"4. Sadly I don't have a video, so you're going to have to trust me on this one.
4. DREAM PHYSIQUE AT 16 YEARS OLD
During this whole time, I never one quit the gym or struggled with consistent training. I trained for muscle growth and strength week in, week out. And the results show.
I still run a sub 20m 5k even though I don't run at all.
I uploaded pics of my current physique, which I am f*cking proud of. At 16 years old and 6"4.
5. FUTURE ACHIEVEMENTS?!
I don't know what the future beholds, but what I do know is that whatever it's got for me is going to be fantastic, like always. I've been training to hit a sub 3m 1000m which is really tough. My first and second attempts have both been 3:12.
This post took super super long to write and remember, so please comment something to boost it. 🫡
Remember, dreams don't work, unless you do.
THAT WAS IT!
