Wondering how you guys came across 1st Man content.
Kris has been a motivational influence on my life for a while now, but I only found him when I was 27, a couple years ago.
From the beginning, I was self motivated in my fitness journey, and spent many years watching different fitness channels on YouTube learning different techniques, styles, and training methods to accomplish different goals.
With women, I found Good Looking Loser, a great website that’s unfortunately been taken down now. Had great advice for cold approaches, getting over social anxiety, and was just an early promoter for men’s self improvement in a real, down to earth, big brother type of way.
From there I learned about red pill, Rollo Tomassi, and some of those personalities close to him. These were great for opening my eyes to some of the lies I’d been led to believe, especially some dangerous thinking for a man raised in a broken home, without a father figure most of the time. I think that this was good as a foundation, but the deeper into the red pill content that I got, it felt like it wasn’t beneficial to me anymore and I kept the foundational stuff and separated from the rest.
Then I finally found Kris who tied a lot of things together and got me excited about my improvement in all areas. Kris is only a few years older than me, so it was inspiring to watch his journey and recognize it in my own life. I am turning 30 in 2 weeks, and I see myself separating from a lot of people my age, just like Kris has said. From a rounded standpoint, of fitness, finances, mindset, looks, etc. I can see myself separating from the pack in a positive way, and I think Kris helped me to recognize and double down on that through his motivation.
Curious what everyone else’s stories are, who have you learned from and how did you find 1st Man content?
