Even though my main focus is to grow arms, I also love benching and got back into barbell about a month ago as another goal of mine is to press 315. Since my goals require a mix of both hypertrophy and strength training, it might take a bit longer to achieve both simultaneously, however, here’s a perfect example that you can absolutely accomplish multiple things at once. As long as you love the movements you’re doing, it won’t matter if you get to your destination in 5 weeks versus 9 weeks!
Side note: need to keep hips down a bit better and could pause a tad longer at the bottom, though, im not a competing powerlifter, and ill take it for commercial gym standards haha
