Since it's been awhile that I have looked at all the PCC training videos, I am rewarding myself with watching one or two instead of scrolling on FB... last night's videos were Silliness and Unproductive Patterns. With all the big life events that have occurred in the final quarter of this year, these two videos were a great reminder for me to do my happy dance after completing my morning micro action. The Unproductive Patterns video was a good reminder why it can be tough to add something into the daily habit stack. So far, I am 3/3 on doing my silly dance after my micro action, AND in choosing to start my day reading my document, AND doing hip strengthening exercises.... and that's a big deal because I often have trouble being consistent following through on new habits. What that makes possible that wasn't possible before is better self esteem and stronger hips. I am the kind of woman who remembers she has tools she can use and tries a new system when the old one isn't working optimally. (AND I rewatched the Four step prizing video to recall all the steps!)
