Packaging Confusion
So I need your help.
I am confused. I was getting ready to bid on an RFQ for appliances and looking at the packaging (picture attached) I am confused between "MIL-STD-2073-1E" and right under it it says "FOR PACKAGING INSTRUCTIONS REFER TO ASTM-D-3951-95" What do I do? Which one takes precedence over the other? Any help iis greatly ppreciated. Thank you
