My DIBBS account got unlocked on Monday and I immediately put like 30 quotes in that day. Today I finally got my first request for traceability and submitted it to the contracting officer. My business partner, Kenneth, also got his first request a couple days ago and was awarded today. Thank you Day for putting us on game and for everyone watching, know you can do it too! Once I get my packaging and delivery process down, just know it's up for all these solicitations 💪🏾💯

I’m Tray, an Army veteran from Fremont, CA (Bay Area), and I’m on a mission to build a successful government contracting business. At 32, my biggest goal as a government contractor is to consistently hit $100k months in my business. However, my biggest struggle has been navigating the unknowns of the industry, like just recently learning about the opportunities available through set-asides for disabled veterans. I’m currently waiting on my DIBBS postcard, and any advice on the next steps would be greatly appreciated. Additionally, I’m working on securing some funding and focusing on fixing my credit to leverage OPM (Other People’s Money) to grow my business.
