Good day happy to join the group

- my name is James

- I am 36 years old

- My goal is to be able to slowly grow in contracting then take my earnings and 1031 it into real estate. Rinse and repeat till I am making 50K net monthly. Retire my wife and travel.

- the challenge for me is to understand what i am missing when submitting and winning contracts. I just started and only submitted 2 contracts 1 week ago.
