How to Grow a 2 Year Old Song with 1.3 Million Streams on Spotify

I was looking to get some advice on how I may be able to grow a song I made called "Lightly"

Some backstory on the release: I released this song featuring a friend of mine "Lani Rose" and I did zero promo besides posting on my social media. I have a decent Spotify following and fanbase so I knew the song would pick up streams, but it ended up doing much better than I thought it would. The song was released independently and was featured in NBA 2k22 as well. I don't have any management or dedicated team behind me, it's just me.

From the stream count and the consistency of plays and the NBA2k feature I know it's a strong record but I barely did anything/ didn't put any marketing momentum behind the record. The stream count per day has been slowly decreasing a bit and is now 800 plays per day on average, I notice it fluctuates and will spike back up for periods of time because of the Spotify algorithm. What could I do to take this 2 year old song and maximize it's full potential? Any advice would be much appreciated thank you!
