How did you find/create your team?

I've been doing this music thing for two-three years now and up to this point I've done 80% of the lifting myself. Cover art, promo, videos, submissions, etc. Right now the only thing I outsource is production and engineering.

Although I'm grateful for the skill sets I have, it doesn't feel very sustainable. Im curious to hear about how you all found and cultivated your "team" especially when you don't have a lot of capital to always pay for time/services.
