Rule #2- Follow a structured diet or cut out one type of food and/or drink 🥗
Rule #3- Read minimum 10 pages of a non fiction book 📘
Rule #4- Write a journal entry in a notebook with reflections 📝
Rule #5- Meditate and pray for Minimum of 5-10 mins 🙏🏾
Rule #6- NON-NEGOTIABLES: No smoking, drugs, adult content, and alcohol consumption ❌
