Just some tips I learnt about journaling. I've been struggling with this one for a while and a lot of times the day would end without doing it. For me most habit goals are in my control in the morning but once the day gets busy with life stuff its really hard to get some focus especially at the end of the day. I thought journaling was all about writing how the day was and so I kept pushing it off till end of day. Luckily I found a youtube video that really changed my perspective on journaling.
