Honestly, I’m feeling good, but it hasn’t been easy. The cravings to fall back into old habits are real, especially when I’m tired. But I’ve been staying disciplined. waking up early, hitting my workouts, and sticking to my routine.
The biggest thing for me right now is staying mentally strong. It’s easy to let thoughts creep in, but I keep reminding myself why I started this journey. Every day I push through, I’m getting closer to the person I want to become. One step at a time.
