Finally Passed My DP-600 Exam!!!
Thank you so much to this community! I’m thrilled to share that I’ve finally passed my first Microsoft exam! I’ve been preparing for the past 3-4 months, studying at least 3 hours daily. Many of the topics were brand new to me, except for SQL and some basic Power BI. My Tips for Passing DP-600: 1. Take Your Time with Each Topic: Don’t rush; make sure you truly understand each area. If you’re new to Power BI, start there. 2. Use Microsoft’s Learning Path: Go through the official resources thoroughly, but don’t just read—focus on hands-on practice. Repeating the practical work will help solidify your knowledge. 3. Master the Admin Settings: Get so comfortable with admin settings that you could explain them in your sleep. I was asked several questions about things like, You are asked to implement scale-out for a semantic model. So what would be your first step in this process? Pro Tip: Spend some time reading through the questions people are asking in this community. It’s a great way to train your brain to understand topics no matter how they’re worded. Often, the same concept can be asked in different ways, and practicing with real questions here will help you recognize those variations on the exam. @Will Needham has done a great job at providing us this platform let's make full use of it. Thank you Will. Believe in yourself, and you’ll get there! Good luck!
