Voice STILL fucked, came in at 92.7KG I DID sleep a LOT TODAY, completing the deficit, I’ll start a more sustainable way of routine from tomorrow, MONDAY. I was fucking myself of off sleep but that’s just fucking my productivity. I’m already in so might as well go ALL IN. I have a habit of being distracted and that the main thing that I’m working on right now. Waking up at 5:30, consistent gym, reading, sleeping on TIME. These are all mechanics to quit distractions and stay consistent, not Motivated. JUST CONSISTENT
