Cool Plate - No Glue

Does anyone have any good recommendations for using the Cool Plate to print PLA with no glue? I have no luck when trying to use even standard Bambu PLA Basic filaments with no glue on the bed. I've increased temps to 50 degrees for first layer and 35 for others, however even the pre-print process does not stick and clogs the nozzle.

Initial adhesion works well, but about 10 min into the print in the first 10-15 layers the parts tend to come off the bed and obviously its game over then. The intial layer was failing until I raised its height from .2 to .4 and that seems to have helped it stick but then it comes lose around 10 layers in on average.
