What build plates are you using?
I know we all have different printers but there usually are a couple of types: the smooth PEI, textured pei, glass. Currently I have the Bambu lab textured pei and clear bed and for my Prusa I have the VAAPR (https://all3dp.com/4/3dque-vaapr-print-bed-automated-3d-printing-available-independently/) so what build plates do you have?

@Matthew Melendez I’ve never used one but after researching, the only advantage of having the cold plate is if you have an enclosed printer like the X1C or the P1S and want to print PLA with the doors and top closed as stated below in the Reddit post. My understanding is that the cold plate works better in printers with high ambient temps. (https://www.reddit.com/r/BambuLab/s/FAYj8SrhMq)
Build plates?
What do you guys do when your build plates don’t work like they use to? These plates literally don’t stick for any reason - even with glue.

Honestly, if I have damaged plates, I go and buy a new one. The cost of buying a new one outweighs The effort you put into restoring a damaged one
Day 7-8: Set up A1 and printing parts. 📦
On Monday, my A1 was delivered and on Tuesday, my material came. I didn’t touch the printer until Wednesday as Tuesday was a big exam day for me. Last week, I set up the printer and starting printing right away. Honestly for someone who doesn’t want to troubleshoot 3D printing, the Bambi Lab A1 is a great printer. I was surprised to find out that I can print twelve 4 color keychains in less than 5 hours. So in a matter of 11 hours I am able to print 12 keychains and 10 haircombs which is insanely fast. Here are some photos of what I’ve been working on. PS— This printer poops 😂😂

@Brandon Santana having both a Prusa and a Bambu is amazing!!
Day 2 to $1000 -- First $20 Made 💵
I was at my local barbershop and Brought in a few 3D Prints with me. I've been going to the barbershop for quite some time and got to know the owner.💈 That's when I introduced some of the 3D Prints I have made. Immediately she was interested and wanted to buy this rainbow dragon I created below. She also started asking me if I have any things for little girls. So not only did I sell a dragon I made, but she paid ahead of time for another articulated toy. while I only made 20 dollars right now, the feeling of selling my prints has been amazing!! Now I'm looking to see if she (the owner) allows me to display my models and she gets % commission.

@Brandon Santana appreciate it.
Day 1 to $1000
Hey Guys, I wanted to share with you that I'm officially starting the $1000 challenge where I will log what I do til I make 1000 dollars using 3D Printing. I'm currently using a Prusa Printer resulting in slower prints. If I see there is demand, there is a chance to get a Bambu Lab Printer. First of all, I have created a poster with a link to a google website I created that shows 3D products I've made, who I am, and some google forms built in to contact me. Here is the website I created >> HERE << So far this is how it looks. What do you guys think?

@Jeff Rose I made this challenge inside my community with my other members as well (I won't be mentioning it here as I don't want to solicit) The only rules to the challenge is that you use the printer you have and see how long it takes you to make $1000.

@Daniel Adamczyk I will probably buy one soon. Do you have any recommendations?
