@Brandon Santana yes. Model is in Cults3d. It was a bunch of individual parts. Very well designed. Took a little more than 3 rolls of filament in total.

The only thing not printed is the Velcro strap that I got on Amazon
New Jeep Gladiator Print
Have been fine tuning my Wrangler prints and have had some excellent results so I decided to try my hand at the Gladiator model. Model from Cults but modified to match a friend’s JT. Pretty happy with the end result and details.

hmmm... @Brandon Santana They are PLA but now that you typed that out-loud I am ashamed of myself... The wheels are printed separate from the tires so I am seeing some TPU tires getting printed this week. How did I overlook such an obvious upgrade! Thanks!!!!!
Show me your print quality!

@Mark DelVecchio I love it!
Cool Plate - No Glue
Does anyone have any good recommendations for using the Cool Plate to print PLA with no glue? I have no luck when trying to use even standard Bambu PLA Basic filaments with no glue on the bed. I've increased temps to 50 degrees for first layer and 35 for others, however even the pre-print process does not stick and clogs the nozzle. Initial adhesion works well, but about 10 min into the print in the first 10-15 layers the parts tend to come off the bed and obviously its game over then. The intial layer was failing until I raised its height from .2 to .4 and that seems to have helped it stick but then it comes lose around 10 layers in on average. Thanks in advance.

@Jonas Van Reeth it looks to be on back order on this side of the pond. For now I ordered some of the Layerneer Bed Weld to see how that works and will see when it’s available again in the states. Thanks!

I agree. I followed @Brandon Santana and @Nick Ponds recommendations and using a PEI plate was the ticket. Works perfectly.

The model is from maker world. I used all Polymaker Matte filament including Army Green. It printed nicely. I wish I could take credit for the JL in the pic but that was custom done from Rays Printed Goods to match my actual Jeep. That’s the one that got me into 3D printing.

I painted in Bambu Slicer and printed it that way. The wheels, grill and seats printed separately and were glued in. @Jonas Van Reeth
