A year ago I couldn’t bare getting my picture taken...
I’d avoid mirrors Avoid summer clothes Don't even mention a bikini... Now, I’m in Mauritius I’ve just had a swim in the sea I took pictures And I love how I look and feel I'm still not 100% confident and have a lot of emotional baggage to work on, but for once I have energy to show up for my business and relationships I’ve studied dozens of healthy, attractive people since I’ve been moving into the fitness space I myself have now lost a total of 14kg and my first client has lost 4kg in no time and is still dropping kilos consistently Most of them do 3 things to lose weight and stay in shape that others simply don’t What do you think these 3 things are? Always have fresh energy when I'm in a new environment It can be difficult to keep up your routine when you're on holiday But it's important to put your health first regardless, Wherever you are Don't drop the ball on the progress you've made It's important to have rest days, But in my opinion don't push it past 3 days rest days in a row Stay strong sako squad

How you look + feel changes everything.
I've lost 12 kg + now sticking to these basics: Walking more I don't get 10k steps in every single day but I use every opportunity I can to walk. It all adds up. When I'm short on time I walk on an incline for 30min on the treadmill at 4,6km an hour, 12 incline). Protein with every meal (30-50g) Try and aim for 1g of protein per pound of bodyweight. I currently weigh 136 pounds meaning I need about 136g of protein a day. This has helped so much with my training, slimming down, my IBS (too much info?). Reduce stress as much as possible I got out of a bad environment and cut out negative people which got rid of inflammation fast. Extra cortisol causes inflammation which can cause your body to hold extra water weight. Be gentle with yourself. Protect your energy and peace at all costs. Not restricting I eat what I want as long as it fits within my macros and calories. I've tried every diet; vegan, keto, high fat, low fat, high carb, low carb, intermittent fasting... but each one just made me sick or got me to eventually binge and gain all the weight back. Research Do your research lol. Calories You can calculate exactly how many calories you should be eating according to your goal weight. I have a free calorie calculating formula just for you.
