Don't even mention a bikini...
Now,
I’m in Mauritius
I’ve just had a swim in the sea
I took pictures
And I love how I look and feel
I'm still not 100% confident and have a lot of emotional baggage to work on,
but for once I have energy to show up for my business and relationships
I’ve studied dozens of healthy, attractive people since I’ve been moving into the fitness space
I myself have now lost a total of 14kg and my first client has lost 4kg in no time and is still dropping kilos consistently
Most of them do 3 things to lose weight and stay in shape that others simply don’t
