Hey I'm Michael, aged 40, from London, UK.
I have been a Firefighter in a UK fire service for 18 years.
According to tons of research my career will decrease my life span drastically. Due to stuff like exposure to carcinogens/toxins, disturbed sleep and shift work, stress, the list goes on.
2 years ago I decided to actively work towards earning back some of the years I will have lost. In doing this training for longevity i've actually achieved so much more.
I am now fitter than I've ever been, i'm motivated, consistent and have a singular purpose. It's been a life changing shift. And I hope to help others do the same.
