Rucking
Hi all,
I’m curious to know if anyone has been Rucking?
If so, do you do it as an exercise or on recovery days?
If done with not a lot of weight and not for a long time, will it still effect the recovery after a workout day?
I’d like to add some weight to my evening walks but don’t want to harm my recovery, so trying to understand how I can incorporate it the best way.
