Is it true that the woman is the one selling a home?

I had a few conversations with some realtors here in Germany, and they meant it's basically always the women who are the ones that make the decision to sell the home and not the men.

One agent who's 25 years+ in business only had one man selling their home. Is this something across the board in real estate, or are Germans just weird? Could be worth knowing for targeting, right?
