Here's a short fun workout I did on the weekend. I especially enjoyed the swings and finisher.
Stretching/warm-up, including 2 x20m overhead carry each side (8kg).
5 minute 8kg Clean & Press for the kumite.
🩵5 minute swing emom (test power control)🩵:
h2h 12kg x12 reps
2hand 20kg x6 reps
2hand 16kg x8 reps
h2h 16kg x10 reps
h2h 12kg x12 reps
8kg complex: one hand swings x3 reps, half snatch x2 reps, windmill x1 rep each side [2 rounds unbroken].
8kg Orange belt practice [x1 round].
Continuing to build strength - 12kg overhead carry x1 minute each side.
Finisher: 6-point carry 10 minute challenge.
I had to modify this by switching sides at every postion change (overhead, rack, suitcase). Also had to reset the kettlebell about every 20m for the suitcase carry.
