OK. So I lied. I did the orange belt test before I got the 6 week challenge under control with 12's- which was my intent. I couldn't have running off with all the belts now. Could I? (Hint: you go do it Elissa!) In this set, I was trying to remeber all the queues to all the moves and, being the noob I am, tripping over every - single - one - of them. Such is the learning process. π€·ββοΈ
, I did my best to demonstrate 'straight' (relaxed) arm snatches, and conclude that, at my level, while there's a distinct difference between bending and not, an actual straight arm is a challenge (and probs not really worth it?). I also attempted to demonstrate the difference of the 2nd dip in the jerk, but found that frustrating, so gave it away to press instead. So this is where I am, with an ability to demonstrate the need for the reps as well as theory, though not so great at actual demonstration bit π€ͺ). Even my breathing was off!
