For a few days I have been remembering the kata that was a really fun challenge, so yesterday I decided to do a double KB workout inspired in it.
EMOM
dead lift 2X
push up 2X
swing 2X
clean
press 2X (or clean and press 2X)
squat and press 2X
I had to alternate between EMOM and ENOM (1.5 min every other set)
For the last 5 minutes or so I changed it up
EMOM
dead lift 1X
push up 1X
swing 1X
clean
clean and press 1X
squat and press 1X
half snatch
