Not quite ready yet for swing motion. Still wanted to do a little something tonight. So I decided to work on grip strength with Farmers Walks!
Weight: 2x20kg
Set 1: 4 minutes
Set 2: 1 minute
Set 3: 1 minute
Ser 4: 1 minute
1 minute break between sets.
