Let's share our wins
Big or small, progress is progress. What’s one win that you had last week? Maybe you hit a new training milestone, overcame a tough day, or simply showed up when you didn’t feel like it. Last week was the first time in years that I've run pain free! Share your win below and let’s celebrate together!

Don’t Forget to Recharge This Holiday Season
The holiday season is a time for joy, connection, and celebration, but let’s not forget about staying strong and balanced. With all the craziness going on during this time of year, it’s easy to burn the candle at both ends. But prioritizing recovery is just as important as crushing your workouts or sticking to your nutrition plan. I start each day with a 20 min yoga and then as the day gets crazy, if I miss anything planned that day I know I have expressed gratitude and grounded myself. I set up an ideal plan and a minimum plan. I always hit the minimum, so I make sure I win early in the day. Hope that make sense. How do you recharge during the holidays?

Do you set New Year’s resolutions? Or are you more of a goals and targets kind of person?
Do you set New Year’s resolutions? Or are you more of a goals and targets kind of person? Here’s what I do: Instead of waiting until January 1, I audit this year's progress throughout December. I look at my goals from the year, figure out what worked and what didn’t, and then set new monthly targets. Why? Because December can be one of the most distracting months of the year. Starting fresh before the chaos hits gives you a 31-day head start while everyone else is waiting to hit the reset button. Have you thought about your goals for the new year yet? Share one you’re working on below!
