Do you set New Year’s resolutions? Or are you more of a goals and targets kind of person?
Here’s what I do: Instead of waiting until January 1, I audit this year's progress throughout December. I look at my goals from the year, figure out what worked and what didn’t, and then set new monthly targets.
Why? Because December can be one of the most distracting months of the year. Starting fresh before the chaos hits gives you a 31-day head start while everyone else is waiting to hit the reset button.
