Don’t Forget to Recharge This Holiday Season
The holiday season is a time for joy, connection, and celebration, but let’s not forget about staying strong and balanced.
With all the craziness going on during this time of year, it’s easy to burn the candle at both ends. But prioritizing recovery is just as important as crushing your workouts or sticking to your nutrition plan.
I start each day with a 20 min yoga and then as the day gets crazy, if I miss anything planned that day I know I have expressed gratitude and grounded myself. I set up an ideal plan and a minimum plan. I always hit the minimum, so I make sure I win early in the day. Hope that make sense.
