Recent 52 Sets a Week Gigabad Study
I'm sure everyone's heard about this, so I thought it would be a great study to start with.
If you want to have a read of this before the review, feel free.
If you have any questions we can queue up in here before the actual review, that would be awesome.
Here's what's likely going to happen, first we're going to go through the study and break down in simple terms what's going on, notes can be taken at this point, after that we'll ask questions, see how this works with our current understanding of volume, and I'll explain how things hold up.
