I'm not actually sure if this is an age old question, or if people are interested in it.

but i am.

I want to conduct a mini study, so here's how you can help.

Record yourself posing your forearms.

Upload that on public or unlisted.

Then send that linked onto the video description, let me know how long you've been training for, and if you train forearms.

Let's build a mini study to see if there's any correlation here.
