Not sure where to put this or if this is of any value but here it goes... Got a call from these guys today about a HELOC style loan for rental properties that goes up to 75% LTV and as income comes in gets applied to balance and the rate is amortized daily. Think thats about right. Sounded interesting so sharing but let me know and i'll happily take it down too!! :)

There's an opportunity to lease 7units in Summit, IL near Midway Airport & 10 Hotels. There seems to be ONLY one STR operator that has 3units in Summit, IL where we can get these 7units. This operator started in November 2022 has avg 4.3 STAR rating on Airbnb and only seems about 33% booked. What should be the next move?
