AirBnb Lender?
Not sure where to put this or if this is of any value but here it goes... Got a call from these guys today about a HELOC style loan for rental properties that goes up to 75% LTV and as income comes in gets applied to balance and the rate is amortized daily. Think thats about right. Sounded interesting so sharing but let me know and i'll happily take it down too!! :)

Life will surprise you...
I come to you today filled with excitement, humility, and a renewed sense of confidence, despite recent obstacles in our business journey. Over the past weeks, our company has faced significant challenges, particularly in customer service and operations. It's a bitter pill to swallow but brings an indispensable learning curve. The root of our issues lay in a single point of failure that I inadvertently created in several departments. The result? We were not as prepared as we should have been, leading to customer dissatisfaction. But rest assured; we have already taken this as an opportunity for growth and improvement. In the pipeline is a new trouble ticket system designed to handle better customer concerns, a testament to our commitment to serving you better. While dealing with these hurdles, a profound quote by Steven Furtick has resonated with me, "For everyone who is arrogant enough about what other people should do in challenges that you have never faced... life will surprise you." Indeed, life is full of surprises, and while some of you may have been quick to judge, I urge you to take a step back. Yes, 300 customers have been upset, but it's important to remember that this is just 3% of our growing base of nearly 10,000 customers. To those affected, I want to extend my sincerest apologies. We value your loyalty and your patience during these trying times. I encourage you to join our newly formed online community, the Cashflow Diary Cartel, where we aim to foster continuous and open communication. Please don't hesitate to direct message me there with any remaining issues. Your satisfaction is our utmost priority. On a lighter note, I've decided to follow my mother's advice and take better care of myself. In the spirit of self-care and finding balance, I'll be spending some time off playing the Legend of Zelda. As we all strive for success, it's important to remember the significance of downtime and mental rejuvenation. I can't hold back my enthusiasm for our upcoming $100K funding plan as we wrap up this newsletter. Unprecedented in the short-term rental sector, this opportunity opens up for everyone, regardless of your corporate entity's credit score or age. This truly is a game-changer!

Renovating A $100K Abandoned High School Into Apartments | Unlocked
Millennials Adam Colucci, Jesse Wig and Dan Spanovich bought an abandoned high school in Homestead, Pennsylvania for $100,000 and turned it into a 31-unit apartment building. The renovation cost about $3.3 million and took 18 months to complete. Adam, Jesse and Dan are now in the process of turning a second school into an apartment building. Unlocked is a home tour series focused on how much people across the globe spend on their housing, what they get for the money and what they had to sacrifice to make it happen.

Well, think we could definitely use something like this around CSULB. Each time we've listed our property over half are students who arent happy with campus housing. Last time, of the 48 or so applicants, over half were students who had parents that would cosign. We just couldn't be the first to break up the community structure of mostly retired people who are currently there. But we're paying attention!! :)
This is why I am hopeful when someone gets laid off.
