For those who are still interested, I"ll run a test zoom game with lessons and breakout rooms. This Thursday 6pm pst via GOOGLE MEET. I know that most you are used to Zoom calls, but I"m making this an experiment to play with just a few people. It will be fun and instead of the cards from the game, I'll be using real property scearios. It's time consuming to put togther, so this test case will be for those who are available to play and its free for now. Midterm rental
I have a question I'm throwing out to the group, I was just notified by Airbnb that they had to change my posting to 31 days or longer because the county of San Bernardino contacted them. That makes me nervous! My real question is, how do I price for that?

@Lorene Fleming I created another lease in conjunction with Airbnb. Call it what you want. It's an addendum to the STR app's policies.

@Lorene Fleming its 3 pages and I tailored it to the way that I speak and talk... we can talk offline and then I can direct you to what you want to accomplish. everyone has a differnt knowldge base..

@David Rainey How? i get a notifiication if a plant moves in front of the doorbell or if someone goes into the backyard? I adjusted the scope of the camera so that would pick up a bit more and be sensitive. Does it become a nuisence? yes... however that is the cost being paranoid. I just got over it and still check it.
