Standard Operating Procedures - Direct Bookimg
Hi everyone. I have had a few direct bookings and have before now take payments by check, Zelle, Paypal, or ACH. I have also used paper agreements, and Keycheck through Furnished Finder. What is your SOP for taking direct bookings? I need to establish one right away. Also, does anyone have any specific advice/cautions about shared space (renting rooms out individually)?
