I've really enjoyed that, Paul. I've been wanting to explore the 16 personalities from a sales perspective but didn't really know how to assess nor apply. Seems much more versatile than the simple 3 types from 'dont split the difference' (analytical, accomodating,assertive) - do you think those 3 types map onto the 16?
