Getting shit ton of call books but show rate is 3%...

Hey everyone,

New here so happy to take part in Alex community :)

I started a new funnel to get people to book a call with us on calendly.

Thing is the meeting we get are either "no show" or "not qualified"

Would love to hear from someone who is making it rain with sales calls funnels for help.

The funnel we have is:

1) 12 weeks challenge to build a profitable store from 0 to $1000

2) answer a survery to see if qualify

3) book a call on calendly

We also have 3-4 emails in place to remind the lead about the meeting.

we currently pay - $15 avg per book call and target mainly europe.

the ad we ran simply explain about what they get with the challenge.

also we do not mention the challenge is paid but we dont say its free either.

we made it feel like its a paid challenge.
