Weight Loss Mode
This was a good week. Like Cheri mentioned in one of her posts that she didn’t want to worry about food. Just eat and be okay with it. No drama.
Even though I have been counting calories it’s more for “fun” using my Fitbit App with Family n Friends.
Yesterday I ate lots of fruits and veggies. Lots of cucumbers, pears, plums… my fruit is ripe right now and I don’t want to toss out rotten fruit. So, I ate a bunch of ripe fruit.
My calories were high in my Fitbit Tracker. I didn’t worry about it. I just ate until full and drank my water.
This morning I had a bowel movement 💩 and lost -1 Lb!
This PROVED to myself that if I SIMPLY EAT the foods I KNOW are full of nutrients that I can RELAX! EnJOY what I am eating and weight loss will manifest!!
September was weight maintenance. October will be consistent and continued weight loss.
We can eat to Live and eat the foods that LOVE US BACK!!! End the toxic relationship with food!
