Hey ladies!
The 7 Day No Sugar Challenge starts tomorrow! Here’s the plan:
7-Day Goals:
1. No Added Sugar: Check your labels ladies 🤓Avoid processed foods, sugar in it’s various forms and artificial sweeteners.
2. Hydration: Drink about 2 litres of water daily. Don’t forget to add sea salt or Himalayan salt to your water for added electrolytes 🙌🏽 Not a water person? Add lemon, fruit or herbal teas for variety.
3. Daily Movement: Aim for 30 minutes of walking, yoga, strength training or anything you enjoy doing. You can even split up your movement into 2 sessions of 15 minutes each🤗
We’re keeping it super simple to start us off with our very first Hormone Harmony Challenge 🎉
