Day 7 No Sugar Challenge 🎉
You Did It! 🚀 Congratulations, ladies—you’ve made it to the final day of the No Sugar Challenge! Whether it was smooth sailing or a bit of a rollercoaster, you showed up, made the effort, and took a big step toward better hormone health. That’s something to celebrate! 🌟 What’s Next? The real magic happens when you take what you’ve learned and make it a lifestyle. Here are a few tips to carry forward: 1️⃣ Aim for Progress, Not Perfection: Life happens, and the occasional treat won’t derail your health journey. Just get back on track at the next meal. 2️⃣ Read Labels: Sugar hides everywhere (even in “healthy” foods). Keep an eye on ingredient lists to make more informed choices. 3️⃣ Celebrate Small Wins: Even reducing sugar by 20-30% can have a huge impact on your energy, hormones, and mood. You’ve proven you can do hard things. Imagine the ripple effect this one week can have on your overall health if you continue making small, intentional changes. ✨ How do you feel after 7 days? What’s one thing you’ve learned about yourself or your health this week? Drop a comment below so we can celebrate together! 🌸 This isn’t goodbye—it’s just the beginning of your journey to thriving hormone health. 💛

Day 5 No Sugar Challenge 🎉
Heya! How’s it going? Have you noticed any improvements in the way you feel? Have your cravings reduced? If not, check this out 👇🏽 Overcoming Cravings • Hydrate: Cravings are often a sign of dehydration. • Healthy Swaps: Try low-glycemic fruits like berries or a baked apple with cinnamon. • Stress Management: High cortisol = more sugar cravings. Take a walk, call a friend, or practice deep breathing. Share your wins here 🎉

Since the birth if my daughter just over 3 months ago, I’ve been in pain every single day. The pain is related to a coccyx injury from having natural birth and it’s been wearing me down 😓 I knew in my head that sugar causes inflammation (which was of course contributing to the pain) but since starting this challenge, there has been a big difference in my daily pain level. I also feel generally less “achy” than I did before we started. This challenge has proven to me that my diet has a major impact on how I feel 🚀

@Seema Patel Hey love, first of all, big hugs to you—thank you for sharing this. ❤️ The fact that you’re here despite having a rough day shows so much strength. Remember, this challenge is about progress, not perfection. Missing a period after seeing some improvements can feel so frustrating, but it’s not uncommon as your body works to find balance. You’re doing so many good things for your body—don’t lose sight of that. Keep nourishing yourself, resting when you need it, and if your period doesn’t show up soon, it might be worth checking in with your doctor or tweaking your routine slightly (sometimes adding a little extra magnesium or balancing your carbs can help). Lastly, that iced coffee doesn’t undo all the amazing progress you’ve made. You’re human, and sometimes we need those little pick-me-ups. Be kind to yourself—you’re doing an incredible job. 💛 You’ve got this, and we’re here cheering you on! 🌸
Day 6 No Sugar Challenge 🎉
Hey honeys!!! You’re Almost There! 🌟 Ladies, you’re one day away from completing the No Sugar Challenge! How are you feeling? Whether you’ve noticed fewer cravings, more energy, or just the satisfaction of sticking with it, this is a HUGE win for your hormone health. 🎉 Tip to Keep Going After Day 7: Focus on “crowding out” sugar rather than obsessing over cutting it out completely. Add more naturally sweet foods like berries, cinnamon, or roasted sweet potatoes to your meals. These not only satisfy your sweet tooth but also stabilise your blood sugar and support happy hormones. Remember, the goal isn’t perfection—it’s progress. Every small choice adds up to big changes for your health. You’ve got this! 💪 Drop a quick comment below—what’s one thing you’re proud of this week? Let’s celebrate those wins together! 🌸

For me, the no sugar and hydration part are cool. It’s the movement that’s a challenge 🫣 Anyone else?

Day 4 No Sugar Challenge 🎉
Hey my honeys 🩷🩷🩷 We’re almost there! By today you should be feeling less groggy and tired and more energetic. I’m curious, what has been the most difficult thing to avoid during this challenge?
