Day 7 No Sugar Challenge 🎉
You Did It! 🚀 Congratulations, ladies—you’ve made it to the final day of the No Sugar Challenge! Whether it was smooth sailing or a bit of a rollercoaster, you showed up, made the effort, and took a big step toward better hormone health. That’s something to celebrate! 🌟 What’s Next? The real magic happens when you take what you’ve learned and make it a lifestyle. Here are a few tips to carry forward: 1️⃣ Aim for Progress, Not Perfection: Life happens, and the occasional treat won’t derail your health journey. Just get back on track at the next meal. 2️⃣ Read Labels: Sugar hides everywhere (even in “healthy” foods). Keep an eye on ingredient lists to make more informed choices. 3️⃣ Celebrate Small Wins: Even reducing sugar by 20-30% can have a huge impact on your energy, hormones, and mood. You’ve proven you can do hard things. Imagine the ripple effect this one week can have on your overall health if you continue making small, intentional changes. ✨ How do you feel after 7 days? What’s one thing you’ve learned about yourself or your health this week? Drop a comment below so we can celebrate together! 🌸 This isn’t goodbye—it’s just the beginning of your journey to thriving hormone health. 💛

Hello !! It was definitely challenging, I am going to try and definitely continue with this, I will admit the sugar cravings were intense but what I have learned is that our bodies get sugar from all sorts of other foods like our fruits and veggies. Thank you for challenging us and allowing us to be vulnerable!! Extremely grateful for this community!!

Fertility & Pcos
Hi Ladies! So glad to be here:) I need some advice, I have been trying to heal my PCOS naturally for years, I am currently on ovivance which seems to be working, however my Gynecologist suggests I use the pill to help me ovulate and regulate my hormones, my spirit feels extremely uneasy. We have been trying to concieve for 2 years now. Hubby is working on his health as well. We come from a fertility specialist who suggested IVF but it's way to expensive. I'm trusting God but at the same time I'm trying to help myself! I'm currently taking Omega 3, Coq10, multi vitamins, Ovivance, Spearmint tea, I drink tumeric and clove water.. I'm trying it all but the thought of the pill gives me anxiety especially because it made my legs extremely numb as a teen and I stopped immediately. Any thoughts?? The advice will be appreciated 🙏

Thank you so much for your advice, I am tracking my cycle I have a 34 day cycle some months a 32 day cycle. I am on bigsens for insulin resistance my blood work all came back perfect this week, I was told I need to lower my androgen levels by taking the pill but I'm looking for alternative options.
