Day 7 No Sugar Challenge 🎉

It was challenging, but it's definitely possible. With this challenge I am down 1kg 😳. Currently weighing 77kg.It has been a journey from 82kg to 77kg and I still have a long way to go,but I am happy to see and feel improvement 😇🙏. If there is one thing I have learned through this journey, it is that it will humble you and falling off the wagon is ok, what is not ok is not getting back up. I am soooo happy to have found this community and to be part of you guys. I will be continuing with this challenge with one day of me having one spoon of sugar in my coffee on a Sunday after lunch. I have found that its better to have sugar as a dessert, therefor I will have it after I had a balanced meal. Seeing that I am on a medicated cycle I feel that this challenge is needed. I am in the period of waiting to see when I will be ovulating 🙏and if the medication has helped. I pray that it helps me and that I get my rainbow within my next 5 cycles 🙏🙌. However I am being realistic and don't have high expectations, only doing the best I can with the information I have and hope and pray that our time is close 🤱🏼
Day 6 No Sugar Challenge 🎉
Hey honeys!!! You’re Almost There! 🌟 Ladies, you’re one day away from completing the No Sugar Challenge! How are you feeling? Whether you’ve noticed fewer cravings, more energy, or just the satisfaction of sticking with it, this is a HUGE win for your hormone health. 🎉 Tip to Keep Going After Day 7: Focus on “crowding out” sugar rather than obsessing over cutting it out completely. Add more naturally sweet foods like berries, cinnamon, or roasted sweet potatoes to your meals. These not only satisfy your sweet tooth but also stabilise your blood sugar and support happy hormones. Remember, the goal isn’t perfection—it’s progress. Every small choice adds up to big changes for your health. You’ve got this! 💪 Drop a quick comment below—what’s one thing you’re proud of this week? Let’s celebrate those wins together! 🌸

This is challenging I have to admit, but I also know it is possible. Usually my husband brings something sweet for me when he goes to the shop and before he went to the shop I told him to bring me droewors and biltong instead. And it actually was very satisfying 🤭😋. I have soft fudge inmy fridge(that I made for my husband) and I haven't touched it🙌. I will be giving it to the guy that works for us so that I don't get tempted 😁🤣. But so far I enjoy my coffee without sugar and it actually tastes good😳
Day 5 No Sugar Challenge 🎉
Heya! How’s it going? Have you noticed any improvements in the way you feel? Have your cravings reduced? If not, check this out 👇🏽 Overcoming Cravings • Hydrate: Cravings are often a sign of dehydration. • Healthy Swaps: Try low-glycemic fruits like berries or a baked apple with cinnamon. • Stress Management: High cortisol = more sugar cravings. Take a walk, call a friend, or practice deep breathing. Share your wins here 🎉

@Carmen James wow, I can't even start to imagine how you have to endure pain every day 😔. But I am glad that it has improved since cutting down on sugar. I have learned that sugar is actually bad for us and causes a lot of the issues we encounter. I hope that your situation will improve more and that you will be completely pain free🤗🙏. It is very challenging to buy food that does not contain sugar, but I have learned to keep it simple. Instead of buying salad dressing, I make my own with vinegar and salt and pepper, a very simple change. Like we used to live when growing up 😇🤭. This journey has taught me that I had to go back to the basics. I believe that this journey is going to be a very fruitful journey 🙏🙌😇

@Seema Patel Hey dear, sorry to hear🥺. I will keep you in my prayers 🙏🙌. Tomorrow will be better 💫☀️. Since I started this journey it taught me that it's ok to fall off the wagon, but we must try and get back on the wagon 🙌🙏. You got this 🫂🙌✨.

Good morning ☀️, yesterday was me and hubby's anniversary and he took me out and I unfortunately had desert 🤭. But today I am back on the wagon😇

To be honest, I would do house chores to keep me busy and moving, in this way it doesn't feel like I am doing exercise🤭

I am light headed 🤭. My blood pressure is good, so I guess it can be withdrawal symptoms 🤔
