Resting Heart Rate
My resting heart rate used to be 70 bpm, and now for the past 21 days it decreased to 62 bpm. I credit it to swimming and walking.

Feels good
Day two of no food after 1900. Drinking lots of water and walking 30 minutes. Feeling positive about the future.

Sleep
My job is a computer consultant means I work late hours. And unfortunately I learned a very bad habit of snacking late at night. By not eating after 1900 hours, it makes a very difficult work life. But thankfully I've also lately been able to go to bed at 10:00 instead of 2:00 a.m.. getting a good night's sleep seems to have helped my hunger get in control. I almost broke down during a very stressful family event last night, but then I realized this is my first week on the new plan and I don't want to break that. This site this group is giving me accountability that I need. So if you can go to bed early, get a good night's sleep. Don't stay up late. Watching TV shows and eating. Get up early the next morning and watch your TV shows by yourself before anyone else is awake. But wait until later for delicious breakfast
