When in Roam (must read)
I was researching ways to better serve our Homes by Cusi clients. The biggest concern for both buyers and sellers are the rates.
This lead me research assumable mortgages and discovered that 1/5 properties still had these at low rates. What if we could promote our sellers who have this feature to buyers and offer them their rate in the 3-5% range? Wouldn’t that serve them and drive traffic? Of course.
What if we had a list of assumable mortgages homes on the market that may consider transferring their mortgage to a buyer? would that serve them well? Of course it would!
So I found a company called Roam. I’m researching it now and waiting for them to respond to my inquiry.
