A2P Campaign Failure Reasons(Need Help Asap!)

Hello, just tried to start a campaign for a new client and did the A2P registration. It got denied because of these reasons.

(USE_CASE_DESCRIPTION: The campaign submission has been reviewed and it was rejected due to Disallowed Content.

MESSAGE_FLOW: The campaign submission has been reviewed and it was rejected because of provided Opt-in information.)

Now I am trying to figure out what to do, please if someone can help me get this approved it would be very much appreciate it. Thank you for you time
